What is the Message Center?
The Message Center is located on the accounts page and is the primary place to which we deliver account alerts, required notifications, product information, and other important data related to your account and your clients’ accounts.
You can update your notification settings by selecting Notification Settings in your Message Center. Similarly, your clients can edit notification settings by going to their Message Center and selecting Notification Settings.
What is Show Tax View?
The Show Tax View button is available at the account level holdings page for Taxable Accounts. The button is a toggle that displays additional columns that may be relevant for tax purposes. The additional columns shown are Cost Basis, Short-Term Loss, Short-Term Gain, Long-Term Loss, and Long-Term Gain. To display these additional columns, click the button. To revert back to the previous view, click the button again.
